Pilates - Day 2.

Day 2. of my Pilates session, it was great. I woke up this morning feeling rather sore, you know a good sore. I could tell I did something good for my body. And this evening I had my second workout, it felt really nice. Pilates is really cool, you can feel your body lengthening as you do the movements. My body is responding well, so let me keep up the good work. I'm on my way to a leaner, toned, sculpted body! As my body warms up more, I will increase the intensity of the sessions to get quicker results. Whoa! Whoa! Whoa!
