Getting In Shape For The Holidays!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Pilates!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've been thinking I need to start exercising again, it's been four months (oh god that's bad) since I last exercised and I had been doing so well with Barry's Boot Camp, it was awesome, I was feeling really good about myself. I got off the bandwagon, so now I have a goal to get in shape (drop 30lbs) by Christmas, does that seem unrealistic, no I don't think so! I can do it! I can do it! Today was day one, starting with Super Crunch Pilates, it went well, not to bad. I'm going to pair the exercising with a healthy diet, veggies, fruit, lean meat and tons of water and vitamins. More to come later on my progress.................:):):):)
