My Stir Fried Tofu Creation..................

Wow! It's been a very busy week with work and I finally got over the yucky stomach bug from last weekend and now I am back to myself. Yeah! Yeah! So today for lunch I made this delicious quick and easy Stir Fried Tofu with Brown Rice. So tasty and yet healthy, how good is that! And to top it off I watched a cute move with Kate Hudson called "A Little Bit of Heaven", it's funny, sweet and sad but definitely a must see. And now I'm gonna wind my day down and read a little bit of Fifty Shades Darker!

Oh and how can I forget, here's a picture of my Tofu creation and the recipe!

Stir Fried Tofu Recipe:
Extra Firm Tofu (cut into cubes) (1 container)
Sesame seeds
Minced Garlic (add according to your taste)
Green Onions (4 stalks)
Cilantro (for garnish)
Salt to taste
Soy Sauce (2 to 3 T.)
Sesame Oil (1 T.)
Vegetable or Olive Oil (can also use butter)
You can even add cut broccoli or other vegetables also

My finished tofu creation...................................

Heat skillet, add a little cooking oil and let the oil heat up before adding the tofu. Add the tofu (lightly add a little salt to the tofu before cooking), cook until lightly brown on all sides, add the minced garlic, stir and toss with the tofu, next add the sesame seeds, be generous with these, the sesame seeds add a slight nuttiness and it really brings out the flavor, it's amazing. Stir and toss, add the green onions and continue to cook for 2 to 3 minutes, next add a little sesame oil and soy sauce, cook for 1 to 2 minutes more. Remove from heat, serve and garnish with a little cilantro and enjoy. Don't forget the rice, you can use white or brown rice whatever your preference is. See, that was so easy peasy!

Cheers to a good upcoming week!
