Happy Sunday!!!! It's been a wonderful relaxing weekend and I started off today by taking a long scenic drive in the countryside around Stillquamish Valley. It was so beautiful and relaxing, I saw lots of farmland, it's so amazingly green. I saw cows, lambs, cute little country homes, people with their tractors planting their crops, winding roads with nothing but trees and foliage. I would love to have some of this property and set up a cute little home, you never know maybe in the future. I also come across Tulalip Resort & Casino, it looks pretty cool, I hope to visit here one weekend and do some gambling:):). I also saw the Seattle Outlet stores with Nike, Sony, Michael Kors, Polo all the high fashion names. Funny thing is that I stopped by here to go in to do some shopping but I swear that it was so darn crowded I could not find one parking spot, I drove around and around but nothing so I gave up and perhaps I will go another weekend and not Memorial Day Weekend, I guess everyone decided to go shopping today. But all in all it was a lovely Sunday scenic drive. Makes me love Seattle even more. This really is a sweet city!
To finalize my Sunday afternoon, I made some good ole Fried Chicken which I have been craving for a couple of days. So I got my recipes out and whipped up a batch. And it's so funny because as I was frying the chicken it brought back memories of when I was a little kid and I used to stand in the kitchen watching Mama fry chicken. And yes Mama's chicken is the best, mine turned out pretty good but no one can beat Mama when it comes to frying up some chicken.
