Don't Forget the Black-Eyed Peas for Good Luck!!!!

Don't forget the Black-Eyed Peas...............they sympolize good luck for the new year, it's a must to cook these little tiny beans:):):):) And don't forget some cornbread to go along with them, since the cornbread is yellow it represents gold for the upcoming year. And to top that off I added a little Beef Kielbasa with Sauerkraut and Sauteed onions, good stuff!  The Sauerkraut is a Dutch tradition that is made on New Year's day to bring good luck for the upcoming year. So with all this good food, I'm hoping for a great happy year.............................
