Grand Peking Tonight....................

It's rainy, windy and cold out, feels like winter already! It's definitely a night for Chinese and I have just the right little yummy place to get take out from. It's Grand Peking in Redmond, it's this quaint little simple neighborhood place that serves up the Redmond locals. They have some good food, the Dry Roast Chicken, Almond/Cashew Chicken, Cheese Wontons and the Crispy Fried Beef with this nice spicy sauce. I actually had the Crispy Fried Beef tonight, it's so rich and fattening but oh so good. They take pieces of beef and deep fry it and serve it with a special red sauce that's a little tangy and spicy and consists of red chilli's, carrots and green onions and it's served with steamed rice. It's really tasty! If you are ever in Redmond, check them out, good food and friendly service.
