Farmer's Market.....................Hot Stone Massage..............It's Been A Great Saturday!!!!!

My Saturday ritual at the Farmer's Market, what a fun time. So, again I got some wonderful organic stuff, my favorite, Eggplant, Squash, Green Onions, Tomatoes, more natural pure bee honey, and lovely fresh flowers. I love this little market! So this time for my good eats, I had wood fired veggie pizza made from scratch. It was so good, I like that wood fire taste. Oh I almost forgot, I got these really cool fingerless gloves that this lady made by knitting them with merino wool and silk, they are so lovely and of course warm. I'm gonna need them cause it's getting colder here day by day! So the market was the first part of my day, next I went for a hot stone massage.

                                                                                                               

My hot stone massage at Massage Envy, wow thanks to Gaby for the nice relaxation. It was very good, long overdue. The stones are so cool, they actually massage you with the stones instead of using their hands. The stones hold the heat and when laid on your body the heat penetrates to your body. It was very nice, I'm gonna sleep well tonight.

So next week I am going for another massage, but just a regular one.
