Wow it's been a long long time since I blogged, it feels good to be back and I am going to try very hard to write something every other day on my blog page:-)

I have had some ups and downs the past three months and a crazy busy work schedule. I pretty much just work, eat, sleep and repeat the same thing over again. But it's all good and I'm hoping now things are going to be better.

Today is actually  a good day, I'm baking a cake for one of my dear work friends, a sweet little lady named "Julietta" I call her my little work buddy! It was her birthday over Memorial day weekend and I wanted to take her for lunch but she requested me to make her a cake instead, a lemon pound cake to be specific. She fell in love with my cake, I made this cake for a work Coffee Tasting Presentation a couple of weeks ago and I got rave reviews. So tomorrow my little buddy will have a delicious cake waiting for her:-)

I had the Koobideh Beef Kebab with rice and salad, all seasoned and grilled to pefection.........And I love the Persian Tea.................

Seattle Celebrates Legalized Marijuana!!!! Wow! Oh My Gosh!

Washington state made history on Thursday as the first in the nation to legalize marijuana for adult recreational use, an occasion celebrated by dozens of users near Seattle's famed Space Needle amid blaring reggae music and a haze of pot smoke.

The pre-dawn public gathering defied a key provision of the state's landmark marijuana law, which allows possession of small amounts of marijuana but forbids users from lighting up outside the privacy of their homes. What do you think of that? There's going to be a lot of people walking around stoned. I'm getting a kick out of this, I still can't believe it's legal to smoke weed here. Never ever will you find this in Texas...............................Oh my gosh, there will be a lot of weed parties this upcoming weekend! I'm rolling over laughing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Look out for all the stoners.......................

My Pinteresting Day.....................

Well it was a good day for a Monday, cold start to the morning and cold this evening! The cold weather really gets you into the holiday spirit. And I drove into work this sunny bright morning I could see snow on the mountains, it was so beautiful (I wish I could have took a picture). I'm excited to go up to Stephens Pass or Snowqualmie for Skiing and Snowshoeing. Can't wait!

And I also want to add that I am just feeling so thankful and happy God found me and came into my life, I can't imagine not having God. I love his mercy, his grace and his endless love that he has for each and everyone of us. How amazing is that, we serve such as awesome God! I look forward to continuing my spiritual journey. Many blessings to everyone.

It's Been So Long...................

I can't believe how long it's been since I last wrote in my blog. Gosh, my life is so busy now days with work, I seem to work, eat, sleep and back to work and the cycle starts over again. No time for writing, cooking, having fun or anything. But it's all good, I'm just thankful I have a job, lots of people wish they had all the extra work right now. So I'm not going to complain, I'm gonna go with the flow.

So Halloween has passed and Thanksgiving has come and gone and now it's the countdown to Christmas. I can't believe how this year has flown by. 2013 is right around the corner. Despite being busy with work I am going to take some time to enjoy this festive time of year, all the Christmas lights, Christmas songs, putting up my little Christmas tree, making holiday cookies, candies and cupcakes, people full of cheer and happiness. And I'm going to try to write more frequently in my blog!
